JNK All Services Pty Ltd trading as Indeed Travels is a Private Wellbeing Concierge headquartered in New South Wales, Australia. We curate restorative and longevity-focused journeys for discerning individuals, private families and corporate executives across Australia and the Gulf Region.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Where it is lawful and practicable to do so, you may deal with us anonymously or under a pseudonym — for example, when making a general enquiry. However, to plan and confirm a journey we require your true identity and accurate personal details, as suppliers, airlines, border authorities and wellness providers require verified information. Where anonymity is not practicable, we will tell you why.

Sensitive information is held separately, access is restricted to authorised personnel, and it is disclosed to a provider only to the extent necessary to deliver the service you have requested.

7. Overseas Disclosures

To facilitate your journey, we may share your information with trusted partners located overseas. Depending on your itinerary, recipient countries are likely to include Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Norway, Finland, Morocco, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, the Maldives, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, New Zealand, Canada and Chile. Where your journey involves a country not listed, we will tell you before your information is disclosed. In accordance with APP 8, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients uphold privacy practices consistent with the APPs and that your information is used only for service delivery. By engaging our services, you consent to this limited overseas data transfer.

9. Accessing or Updating Your Information

12. Data Retention and Destruction

We retain your personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as we are required to keep it by law. Financial and booking records are generally retained for seven years to meet taxation and corporate record-keeping obligations under Australian law. Enquiry records where no booking proceeds are generally retained for two years. Sensitive information, including health-related information, is destroyed or de-identified once your journey is complete and any related obligations have ended, unless you ask us to retain it for future journeys.

When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to destroy it securely or to permanently de-identify it.

We maintain a data breach response plan in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If we suspect a data breach has occurred, we will assess it promptly and, where the breach is likely to result in serious harm to any affected individual, we will notify those individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as soon as practicable, and set out the steps you should take in response.
