Terms & Conditions

JNK All Services Pty Ltd trading as Indeed Travels  ·  ABN 29 642 182 492  ·  Last Updated: 21 August 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between JNK All Services Pty Ltd trading as Indeed Travels ("Indeed Travels," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("the Client"). By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and are subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Nature of Service

Indeed Travels is a Private Wellbeing Concierge. We act as your agent in coordinating restorative and longevity-focused journeys on your behalf. We do not own or operate any aircraft, vessels, accommodation or wellness facilities directly. All services are delivered through a select network of trusted third-party providers.

3. Booking & Service Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed in writing once you accept a tailored travel proposal and payment — deposit or full — is received. Every confirmed itinerary includes services delivered by external providers whose terms and policies you agree to by proceeding.

5. Client Responsibilities

By engaging Indeed Travels you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your journey
  • Ensure all travel documents including passports and visas are valid and current
  • Respect the rules, staff and environments of all third-party providers
  • Maintain confidentiality where applicable
  • Abide by all applicable laws and regulations during travel

6. Payments and Pricing

All quotes are given in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise noted. Pricing reflects real-time availability and service customisation.

Standard payment terms:

  • 50% deposit upon confirmation
  • Final balance due 30 days before departure
  • Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment upfront

Deposits are applied directly to securing your accommodation, programmes and other arrangements with suppliers. Where a deposit is stated to be non-refundable, that amount represents a genuine pre-estimate of the costs we incur and the supplier commitments we make on your behalf at the time of confirmation. Late or missing payments may result in cancellation of your services and the loss of supplier-held funds.

6. Cancellations & Changes

All cancellations and amendments are subject to the terms of Indeed Travels and our trusted third-party providers. As each itinerary is uniquely curated, cancellation and refund conditions may differ based on the nature of the service, the timing of the cancellation, and the policies of the third-party supplier involved.

Each booking will include its own cancellation policy, clearly outlined in your travel proposal prior to confirmation. All requests for cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing. We will always act in good faith to negotiate favourable outcomes with our partners, however we cannot guarantee refunds or credits beyond what is permitted by the supplier's terms.

9. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on supplier policies, the time of cancellation, and the nature of the services booked. We will communicate applicable refund conditions clearly in your booking documentation prior to confirmation.

10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Your policy should cover, at a minimum, cancellation and curtailment, medical and repatriation expenses, personal liability, baggage and personal effects, and any activities or pre-existing medical conditions relevant to your journey.

It is your responsibility to ensure your cover is adequate for your itinerary. Indeed Travels is not an insurer and does not provide financial product advice. We accept no liability for any loss you suffer that would have been covered had you held appropriate insurance.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delays due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war or civil unrest, epidemics or pandemics, government travel restrictions, or insolvency or failure of third-party suppliers. In such cases, we will support rebooking or credits where permitted.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

As a coordinating agent, we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers. You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, that delays or changes may occur, and that services are subject to provider capabilities and conditions. Where a supplier fails to deliver a service or becomes insolvent, we will use reasonable endeavours to recover funds or secure an alternative on your behalf, but we are not liable for the supplier's failure itself.

Subject to clause 3, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your journey is limited to the total amount of professional fees you have paid to us for that journey. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify JNK All Services Pty Ltd trading as Indeed Travels, its employees, directors and contractors against any reasonable loss, cost or liability we suffer to the extent it is directly caused by your deliberate or negligent breach of these Terms, your misuse of the services, or your breach of a supplier's terms or of local law.

This indemnity does not apply to the extent that the loss was caused or contributed to by us, and does not extend to any liability that cannot lawfully be transferred to you, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Confidentiality

Indeed Travels is committed to complete discretion. Your personal information, travel arrangements and journey details will never be disclosed without your consent unless required by law. All partners and providers are bound by confidentiality obligations. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

15. Intellectual Property

All content, proposals, itinerary designs, brand materials and documentation produced by Indeed Travels remain our intellectual property. Nothing may be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through the courts of New South Wales.

17. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

  1. Notify us in writing within 7 days
  2. We will respond within 5 business days
  3. If unresolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation in NSW before legal proceedings

18. Amendments

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version of these Terms that applies to your journey is the version in effect on the date your booking was confirmed. Any revision will not apply retrospectively to a confirmed booking unless required by law or agreed by you in writing. The current version is always available on our website.

16. Agreement & Acceptance

By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.
